It is a 50m2 apartment located in the emblematic Gòtic neighborhood, the actual heart of the city of Barcelona, surrounded by narrow streets and squares where all the past and present of the city coexist.
The day area consists of a modern and bright living room with integrated kitchen. Here, you can relax or enjoy your meals and snacks in company. In addition, the kitchen has all the utensils and appliances necessary to cook your favorite recipes from the first day of arrival.
The sleeping area has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and large built-in closets. In it, you will find an en suite bathroom, fully equipped with a comfortable toilet and shower area.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
Located in Carrer Portaferrissa in the Gothic Quarter, its hidden squares are still a favorite place to sit and enjoy some tapas and relax. The apartment is located a few meters from: the Mercat de la Boqueria, a modernist architecture market with fresh and high quality products; the emblematic Cathedral of Barcelona and the famous Ramblas.
The nearest metro station is Liceu (L3), a 3-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
