The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with wardrobes, both en-suite, each with a complete bathroom with shower. The flat also has a third bathroom for visitors where the washer/dryer is located.
The flat has heating, air conditioning and high speed internet.
Its location is privileged, in the heart of Barcelona, in one of the most iconic neighbourhoods of the Catalan capital, the Gothic Quarter, 3 minutes from the beautiful Basilica de la Mercé and surrounded by numerous points of historical and cultural interest such as Plaza Real, Plaza Sant Jaume, Barcelona Cathedral, La Rambla, Barcelona Aquarium, Museums, among others. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
