If you are looking for a modern, comfortable, and very central apartment, then this apartment is ideal for you. Upon entering you will find a nice living room, completely exterior with large windows that let in natural light. The kitchen is integrated and has all the high-end appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, and washer/dryer machine.
The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and another one with a single bed. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and wifi.

The apartment is located in the emblematic neighborhood of El Born, one of the oldest areas of Barcelona. Every corner has a story to tell. Nearby you will find beautiful monuments and tourist sites such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and the Moco Museum. It is also very close to Ciudadella Park.
Very well connected by metro and bus to the rest of the city. The nearest stop is Barceloneta (L4).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
