The apartment is located in Carrer dels Montfardentro in the district of Sants-Montjuïc. This area has everything you need and is close to all kinds of commerce such as supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants. It is a very residential and familiar area, ideal for sports and outdoor activities.
At 8 minutes walking distance, there is the metro and train stop: “Pl. Espanya” (L1/L3/L8) from where you can get to any point of Barcelona and even take the train to Montserrat, a place of tourist interest in Catalonia.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
