The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, plus utensils to prepare meals at home.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and access to the balcony.The second bedroom has a single bed and a closet. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment includes portable fan and wifi.

The apartment is located in the Eixample Esquerra neighborhood, this is one of the most valued areas of Barcelona for its strategic location. The area is very quiet, residential and totally central, it is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings.
At 4 minutes walking, you will find the most famous street of Barcelona, Las Ramblas de Catalunya, where you can enjoy a varied commercial and gastronomic offer. Paseo de Gracia, where 2 of Gaudi's most impressive works are located: Casa Batllo and La Pedrera, is 5 minutes away. Also the Diagonal Avenue, 9 minutes away, has restaurants, boutiques and avant-garde stores, as well as a number of bus and streetcar stops. Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Universitat are approximately 12 minutes away,
The nearest metro line is "Diagonal" (L3/L5), 6 minutes away, and the "Provença" train station is 3 minutes away.
