The night area has a cozy double bedroom, with rustic decorative elements, a double bed and a large closet.

The apartment is located in the Eixample neighborhood. Less than 10 minutes walking you will find Paseo de Gracia, one of the most iconic arteries of Barcelona and emblematic cultural entities, such as Casa Batllo, Casa Mila - La Pedrera, among others.
The nearest metro stations are just a 5-minute walk away, these being Girona (L4) and Verdaguer (L4, L5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
