The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms. In the two main bedrooms, you will find a double bed and ample storage space. Both have a fantastic exit to a private balcony where you can recharge your batteries. The third bedroom, fully equipped, has a desk ideal for studying or working.
In addition, you will find a toilet perfect for guests, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wi-Fi.
The apartment is located in the Eixample neighborhood. Less than a 10-minute walk away, you will find Paseo de Gracia, one of the most iconic arteries of Barcelona, and emblematic cultural entities such as Casa Batlló and Casa Milá - La Pedrera. The nearest metro stations are just a 5-minute walk away: Girona (L4) and Verdaguer (L4, L5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
