The sleeping area has 2 spacious and bright rooms. The first room has practical storage spaces, a single bed and a desk, ideal for working or studying. The second bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and access to a terrace, perfect for enjoying meals and aperitifs in company.
The bathroom has a complete toilet and shower area.
Also, the apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
Its location is extraordinary. It is just a few steps from the beautiful Sant Antoni Market, one of the main attractions of the city of Barcelona. Here you will also find a variety of local stores, as well as small squares that invite you to take a relaxing walk and enjoy a coffee or a drink.

- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
