The day area has a fantastic and very well lit living room, where every detail has been thought so that you not only have a cozy stay but also, full of style. The ceiling is high and the exposed wooden beams give the room a lot of warmth. The kitchen is impeccable and very modern, it is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils so you can cook from the moment you arrive.
The night area has a spacious and comfortable bedroom suite. The bed is double and you will find a large storage space between open and closed closets where you can store everything you need. The bathroom of the bedroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has heating and 600mb fiber.

The apartment is located in Fraternitat street, in Gracia, which is a traditional neighborhood, very quiet and residential. As you walk and enter the unique Villa de Gracia, you will find several options of restaurants with international and local cuisine, beautiful terraces to share a beer or a drink and a wonderful walk on Verdi street where you can find cinemas, ice cream parlors and more.
The neighborhood has a very bohemian air and full of culture. You will find among its narrow streets local commerce such as stores offering organic and healthy products, coworking spaces and artists' studios.
The apartment is 8 minutes from Verdaguer station (L4/L5).

TERMS:

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
