In the heart of Gracia, this flat is surrounded by many attractions, theatres, cinemas, restaurants and bars, to enjoy the spirit of Barcelona. It is also close to important arteries of the city such as Paseo de Gracia and Paseo Sant Joan.
With good access to public transport it is located 10 minutes walk from Fontana station (L3), 6 minutes from Joanic (L4). Also close to Gracia railway station (FGC).

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
