The night area consists of two double rooms all of them exterior with lots of light and wardrobes. The apartment has 1 complete bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating. Wifi included in the rental price.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
