The day area consists of a wonderful dining room with an exit to a charming balcony where you can enjoy the coastal breeze and the incredible climate of the city. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary appliances to enter to live.
The night area consists of two double rooms, one of which has a practical desk that is perfect for studying or working. The rooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has heating and wifi.
Very close to Plaza España where the Arenas shopping center is located and tourist attractions such as the Magic Fountain of Montjuic. In addition, being located in the Sant Antoni neighborhood, a very lively and lively area, you can enjoy a wide range of options for lunch, dinner and drinks. Finally, the mountain of Montjuic, located about 15 minutes away, is perfect for outdoor activities such as sports, hiking or simply strolling.
The nearest station is "Urgell" (L1), a 5-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
