Well connected in terms of transport. Rocafort (L1) is the closest metro station (5 minutes on feet). Only 10 minutes away you can get Poble Sec (L3) and Plaza España (L1, L3, L8 and ferrocarrils). The flat is next to Gran Via and Plaza España, where most of the buses stop by. Very fast connection to the airport from here.

A quiet and respectful ambiance is very important. Parties are not allowed and smokers cannot stay here. To alterate anything in the flat is also forbidden (painting the walls, opening holes in the wall, removing the furnitures...).
