In the day area you will find a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, television and access to a balcony. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for day-to-day living.
In the night area there is a double bedroom with television, access to a balcony and in the adjoining space there is a large wardrobe and a complete bathroom with shower.
The flat is in a privileged location with proximity to the metro stations Entença, Urgell and Sants Estació, connecting in turn with the train station.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
