The day area has a living room with access to a cozy balcony where you can relax during the day. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, has all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: one single and one double, sharing a full bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has ample storage space. In addition, a third room equipped as a study/office is the ideal place to study or work at home.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The apartment is located in Carrer d'Alcúdia, in a residential and quiet neighborhood. Nearby you will find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and schools. In addition, if you love walks and green areas, you will be just a few minutes from the Central Park of Nou Barris, Turó de la Peira Park and the beautiful Can Dragó Park.
At 10 minutes from the accommodation you will find the Corte Inglés shopping center and the Som Multiespai shopping and leisure center with plenty of restaurants, cafes, cinemas and supermarkets.
It is also very well connected with the rest of the city. The nearest station is "Llucmajor (L4) is located 4 minutes walk away.

TERMS:

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
