The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and also with all the utensils to use from the first day.
The decoration is exquisite, being the white color the protagonist of the space, it allows to give amplitude and luminosity to all the corners. Some details such as the stone cladding of one of the walls, the dining room lamp or the kitchen island, also provide a very sophisticated air to the environment.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and built-in closet. In addition, there is a third bedroom equipped with two desks and a sofa bed, which you can use as a study/work area or even bedroom. The master bedroom, en suite, has a full view of Barcelona. The location is ideal, Poblenou has become one of the preferred neighborhoods in Barcelona. The apartment is located at the intersection of Calle Bilbao and Avenida Diagonal. In front, there is the park of Poblenou Center which is perfect for sports activities or going for a walk.
It is a very well supplied area, in the surroundings we find all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The nearest station "Poblenou" (L4) is located 5 minutes walking distance away; Las Glories shopping center is 8 minutes away; 15 minutes away is the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas where you can find the Design Museum, the Agbar Tower, the Mercat dels Encants, among others.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
