The day area consists of a large living room decorated with great taste. The living room has an exit to a beautiful terrace with magnificent views of the city. The kitchen is integrated and is fully equipped with all high-end appliances.
The night area consists of 2 double bedrooms. One of them with a double bed and en suite.
The apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning, and wifi.
Its location is excellent. Just steps away from the wonderful Turó Park and Avenida Diagonal.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
