The day area consists of a modern and bright living room decorated with neutral tones that stand out with some yellow details such as the coffee table; the view is exterior, which allows the entry of natural light and ventilation. The kitchen is independent and has all the utensils and appliances you may need for day to day life such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The night area has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, exterior view and built-in closet; the other bedroom has a single bed, closet and a table that you could use as a desk. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
*The neighborhood:*
This is a residential and quiet area. The pedestrian streets invite to long walks that can end in one of the cozy cafes and bakeries for a coffee; it also has all kinds of stores such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc..
A few steps from the apartment we find the Hospital de Sant Pau and the visited Modernist Center of Sant Pau. The 2 nearest stations are within 2 minutes walking distance: Camp de l'Arpa (L5) and Dos de Maig (L5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
