In addition, you will be very close to Plaza España and the beautiful Montjuic castle, surrounded by parks and green areas.
A few steps away from green areas such as the Parque de la España Industrial and the Jardines de la Maternidad, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. At 8 minutes walking distance is located Sants Station (L3/L5), which is the main train station of the city so you can take trains to national and international destinations. And the popular stadium of the Barcelona club is also very close to the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
