In this 70m2 apartment you will find a quiet atmosphere and everything you need to live comfortably during your temporary stay in the city.
Upon entering you are greeted by the bright living room, which has access to a cozy balcony. The kitchen is an independent space, and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from day one.
The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double and exterior bedrooms, each with closet. In addition you will find a third room equipped as a studio, which you can use as a space to study or work from home. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

Horta is located in the upper part of the city. Surrounded by green areas such as the Horta Labyrinth Park, where you will find viewpoints that offer wonderful views of the city and perfect spaces for outdoor activities.
The area is well supplied with all kinds of services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars.
The nearest metro station is "Horta" (L5), a 6-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
