The living room has access to a nice terrace with furniture to relax during the day, while enjoying the sunny days that Barcelona offers. The kitchen is integrated into the space and has all the appliances and utensils needed to cook at home.
The sleeping area consists of 2 cozy double bedrooms, each with closet and a practical desk to study or work comfortably. They also share 2 full bathrooms with shower.
The apartment has a laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The location is unbeatable, located in Carrer del Roselló, next to Av. Diagonal and steps from Paseo de Gracia and Paseo de Sant Joan.
This is one of the best areas of Barcelona, with all services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.. It is also located near important tourist attractions such as the impressive works of the architect Gaudí, Casa Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
Paseo Sant Joan, which is one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona is located 4 minutes walk away, where you can go for walks, sports and outdoor activities. Throughout its route offers a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this arboleada road that culminates in the iconic Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella.
A few minutes away are the Ramblas, another famous street full of stores, stores and restaurants that lead to Plaza Catalunya, the most important square in the city.
The nearest station is "Verdaguer" (L4 / L5) 1 minute from the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
