The night area comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom, en suite, has a full bathroom with a shower and access to the terrace. It includes two large built-in wardrobes to store all your belongings. There is a single bedroom and a double bedroom, both with built-in wardrobes and a desk for studying or working. Finally, there is a second full bathroom with a bathtub.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
