The neighborhood of Clot is one of the preferred areas in Barcelona for its quiet environment and at the same time fully supplied with all services. It also has an interesting gastronomic offer and is surrounded by green spaces that work perfect as relaxation and walking areas.
The apartment is located a few steps from the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, this modernist building is an architectural jewel worth visiting. Another of the majestic works that are located in the Catalan city, is undoubtedly the majestic Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, located 15 minutes walk.
The nearest station is 3 minutes away, "Camp de l'Arpa" (L5); and 8 minutes away, "Guinardó | Hospital de Sant Pau" (L4).

TERMS:

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
