Welcome to the wonderful capital city of Berlin. This is a modern and stylishly furnished apartment with balcony.

The flat has a bright living area, a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a desk. The area "Schillerkietz" is super cool with many trendy bars, cafes, restaurants, and a huge Park. The location is very safe and easy to walk.

The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the underground station „Boddinstrasse“

The apartment was lovingly designed using vintage and modern furniture with a new kitchen & bathroom.

Everything is kept to a high standard, including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and board, so you can fully relax during your trip to Berlin.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with Washing machine, dishwasher, stove, kettle, oven, pans, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, everything you need

Main room: Queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, eating table, wifi internet router, iron board and iron. We also provide linens and towels, so you don't need to bring any.

Bathroom: Sink, bathtub, shower (in the bathtub)


Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible. Due to Berlin rules we only accept a minimum stay of 92 days or more


Just so you know, a building is being built nearby, and the construction makes some noise during the daytime.

*Cleaning Policy:
The apartment will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*Extra Services:

All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, map directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
