The spacious apartment is located in the Bötzow district in Prenzlauer Berg - one of Berlin's most sought-after residential areas. The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a stone's throw away and invites you to relax or go jogging.
All rooms in the apartment face south-west and are therefore very friendly and bright. There is also a loggia balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset at the end of the day, as well as two French balconies.
