Amazing location in an Altbau apartment located in the charming Graefekiez neighborhood. The flat overlooks the treetops of a park and playground and has views that extend out into the distance, front and back. There is wonderful natural light all day. Direct sunlight comes through the bathroom and kitchen in the morning, and the rest of the rooms have afternoon exposure and lovely dappled sunsets.
Currently the roof above the apartment is being renovated so there will be some noise from above.
There’s a chef’s galley kitchen, well supplied, and eat-in. The bathroom is large. And, there’s lots of storage space in the apartment, including a walk-in hall closet, two wardrobes, and other well thought out organization solutions make it easy to unpack and tidy all away.

The area is well served by public transport with the U7, U8 and U1 only 7-10 minutes down the road.
