This beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse with a private terrace is located just a few steps from the Central Market of Cadiz.
We access the apartment through a private elevator to the living room, furnished with a 1.60m sofa bed, 2 armchairs, Smart TV, and a coffee table. The rest of the rooms and the kitchen are distributed around the living room. The living room has two large windows which gives it great light.
The first bedroom is interior although very bright as it has a window to an interior patio of the apartment. This bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 X 2 m and large built-in wardrobes.
The first bathroom is equipped with a shower. This is located in the hallway, between the first and second bedroom.
The second bedroom has 2 windows, which gives it a lot of light. It has a 1.60 x 2 m bed and a large built-in wardrobe.
Crossing the living room we go to the kitchen, modern and functional, equipped with everything you need, with a table for 3 people.
From the kitchen there is access to the spectacular terrace, equipped with 2 hammocks, a high table with 2 stools, a dining table for 6 people, awnings, a shower and a lounge area.
The second bathroom is a toilet, which is located next to the kitchen and has a shower plate.
The apartment is located on San Francisco Javier Street, in the historic center, just a step away from the Central Market, where you can taste the best local product in Cádiz, and very close on foot to the main tourist attractions of the city. In addition, the area has a wide variety of typical restaurants and bars. La Caleta beach is a few minutes walk away.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
