Appartamento in affitto in Via Maffia a Firenze

Un appartamento di 85 mq. con due camere matrimoniali, due bagni, due salotti e due cucine nel quartiere dell’Oltrarno a Firenze a circa 100 m. da Piazza Santo Spirito nella tranquilla e poco trafficata Via Maffia. Questa caratteristica lo rendono unico nel suo genere dal momento che può essere affittato da clienti che vogliono stare insieme ma che vogliono al tempo stesso la propria privacy, una famiglia con figli o gruppo di amici e può raggiungere anche disponibilità per altre persone grazie ai due divani letti nei rispettivi salotti!
E’ situato al primo piano, proprio sopra all’appartamento Real Taste of Tuscnay anche quello sempre del solito proprietario (cioè me!) e che alloggia 2+2 persone. Una soluzione ideale per un gruppo unico di persone che può affittare sia il piano terreno che il primo piano. Quindi, prendendo sopra e sotto ci stanno anche 12 persone strette oppure comodamente da 6 a 9.
L’appartamento Real Taste of Tuscany Top, che è stato ristrutturato completamente nel febbraio 2018, è costituito da un ingressino, una parte sinistra che accede subito a una camera matrimoniale con bagno all’interno (doccia) e da un salotto con angolo cucina chiuso in un armadio con tv, divano letto e tavolo per mangiare; dal lato destro dell’ingresso invece si apre una camera matrimoniale con bagno all’interno (doccia) e da un salotto con angolo cucina chiuso in armadio con tv, divano letto, tavolo per mangiare e una lavanderia con lavatrice ed asciugatrice.
Nelle camere vi sono i ventilatori al soffitto e le zanzariere alle finestre. L’aria condizionata non necessita essendo una palazzina calda in inverno e fresca in estate, comunque è stato predisposto un climatizzatore in caso servisse in una delle due camere (lato sinistro).
In ciascuno dei due salotti, sono presenti due televisioni con digitale terrestre, stereo con ingresso I pod, libreria, angolo Real Taste of Tuscany con specialità dell’enogastronomia e artigianato toscano da noi selezionato disponibile per essere acquistato dai nostri clienti.
A disposizione pulizia dell’appartamento ogni due-tre giorni, cuoco personale per cene indimenticabili e Corsi di cucina Toscana preparati e personalizzati solo per i nostri clienti.
Ovviamente, all’arrivo un piccolo welcome kit di benvenuto per il cliente selezione Real Taste of Tuscany inclusa la nostra guida di Firenze, un almanacco di eventi e specialità fiorentine: “Stagione che vai, Firenze che trovi”

Real Taste of Tuscany TopApartment.- via Maffia 16 Florence

An 85 sqm. apartment of 85 square with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and two kitchens in the Oltrarno district in Florence almost 100 m. from Piazza Santo Spirito in the quiet Via Maffia street. This feature makes it one of a kind since it can be rented by customers who want to be together but who want at the same time their privacy, a family with children or a group of friends and can also fits additional people thanks to the two sofas beds in the 2 living rooms!
Real Taste of Tuscany TopApartment, which has been totally renovated in February 2018, is located on the first floor of a building, just above the Real Taste of Tuscany apartment which is at the ground floor, (same owner...me!) which accommodates 2 + 2 people. An ideal solution for a group of people who can rent both the ground floor and the first floor. So, renting both, they can accommodate maximum 12 people or comfortably from 6 to 9.
The apartment consists of an entrance, a left side that immediately leads to a double bedroom with bathroom inside (shower) and a living room with kitchen corner in a closet with TV, sofa bed, washing machine and dining table; on the right side of the entrance, there is a double bedroom with bathroom inside (shower) and a living room with a kitchen corner with TV, sofa bed, dining table and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
In the rooms there are ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows. You don’t need air conditioning as this is a warm building in winter and cool in summer, however, an air conditioner was provided in case in one bedroom (left side).
In each of the two living rooms, there are two kitchen corner, two TV Sat and a Real Taste of Tuscany corner with specialties of food and wine of Tuscany strictly selected by our staff available to be purchased by our customers.

On request cleaning lady every 3 day, personal chef for unforgettable dinners & lunches and Tuscan cooking courses made by our chef personalized just for you.
