The 34 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. There is a new kingsize bed (1,80 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a small bath with a shower and a washing machine. Hairdryer, towels and bed lining are provided.
A TV and free WiFi are included.

We also offer an optional extra cleaning, linen and towel service for € 66,00 per week.

The Belgian quarter is situated in the heart of Cologne. The apartment enjoys an excellent location for both business travellers and holiday makers.
This ideal location offers convenient access to Colognes best shopping and entertainment spots, including the world-renowned Dom, just 10 minutes away by train. You can also experience the culture of Cologne from the traditional breweries to exquisite restaurants.

Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Fön, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung.

Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich.

Das Apartment liegt im modernen Zentrum Kölns im beliebten Belgischen Viertel. Das
Viertel bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe alles was man von Köln erwarten kann: vom traditionellen Brauhaus und exquisiten Restaurants bis zu Szenebars und Nachtclubs. Vom Friesenplatz gehen U-Bahnlinien zu allen Zielen. Der Hauptbahnhof am Dom ist mit der Bahn in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden.
