Our flat of approx. 40sqm is designed to offer guests a place of rest and relaxation and at the same time a good starting point for excursions to the city centre.
The flat was completely renovated in December 2020.
The bedroom is decorated in blue and impresses with its oriental-modern touch.
In the kitchen and living-dining room area, the colour scheme revolves around the theme of coffee, an aspect that plays a major role for many people.
Our flat is on the 4th floor of a new building. Thanks to the lift, the flat is also suitable for people who are less mobile. There is a tram stop right around the corner, which will take you to the centre in about 10 minutes. The S-Bahn is also around the corner. Here you can reach the main railway station in 7 minutes.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Neubaus. Die Wohnung ist dank des Fahrstuhls auch für Personen geeignet, die weniger mobil sind. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich eine Tram-Haltestelle, mit der Sie in ca. 10 Minuten im Zentrum ankommen. Die S-Bahn ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Hier erreichen Sie den Hauptbahnhof in 7 Minuten.
