Equipped and modern 50m2 apartment located in the neighborhood of Delicias, 10 minutes walk from Atocha station and direct metro connection to Sol and Plaza Mayor in 15 minutes. It has been completely redecorated, it is a very cozy space, the perfect place for a couple or family.

With a capacity for 4 guests, the apartment has a special configuration, with open spaces making the most of the space, enjoy an unbeatable stay!

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A large area divided into four parts:
- One part is the living room with a sofa, working area, and amenities such as TV & Wi-Fi.
- Down a few steps you will reach the kitchen and dining area, with everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher.
- Above the kitchen is a mezzanine with a cozy double bed which is accessed by wall stairs from the living area.
- To the left, down another flight of stairs, you will find a sleeping area with a double bed.
- A bathroom with a bathtub.

It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.
Services and common areas
- Guests have access to the entire property, which has no intermediate doors (only in the bathroom).
- Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided.
- The property has electric radiators and air conditioning.

Other noteworthy aspects
- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years old.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
