Entering through the main door we find a diaphanous area composed of a beautiful and spacious living room, superbly decorated with every detail, and exterior, offering a great natural light. The living room has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment a capacity of up to 4 people. In the other part of the room we have the dining room.
Continuing through the dining room we reach the kitchen, independent and fully equipped with everything you need.
Across the living room we find the bedroom, also outside, facing Marin Garcia Street. This has two beds of 0.90 x 1.90.
The apartment has a separate and complete bathroom.
Marin Garcia street is one of the most valued in Malaga. It is located in the best area of the center, a few meters from the emblematic Larios street, the main artery of the city. In addition, it is within walking distance of all the monuments and emblematic places of the city: the museums, the cathedral, the Alcazaba, the Plaza de la Marina, etc., everything is a few meters from the apartment.
The building dates from the early twentieth century, having been completely renovated nowadays. Despite being located in the center, Marin Garcia Street is a quiet street, although the area is full of restaurants and small tapas bars where you can taste the best Malaga and Andalusian cuisine. Also in the surroundings there are supermarkets and small shops where you will find everything you need for your stay.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
