The flat comes with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection so you can stay in touch with family and friends, check your emails or stream your favorite shows and find that work-life balance. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with electric heating.
The bedroom faces the interior courtyard and is furnished with a queen size bed and superior quality mattress. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property best suited for 2 tenants but can host up to 4 guests. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a bathtub, toilet and sink. You will find a small sample soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay, as well as bath towels for the number of guests.

The neighbourhood is home to two fantastic farmers’ markets, the Marche de Richard Lenoir and the Marché d’Aligre where you’ll find great fresh produce, French cheese, fish, meats and charcuterie, lavender soaps and more. Visiting these Parisian markets is a great way to mix for the locals and get a taste (literally!) of daily life. The area is surrounded by French bistros and brasseries, hip restaurants, Michelin-starred chefs and more. Take a tour along the Quai de l’Arsenal to see some of the famous Parisian “péniches”, or house boats. You can also take a cruise on the Canal Saint Martin. Stoll past the Bastille and towards the River Seine to reach the Ile Saint Louis, or the Ile de la Cite, home to the Notre Dame Cathedral. Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.
