Welcome in our little studio apartment, located on rue de Belfort, in the 11th district of Paris. Accessible by stairs only, It is located on the 2nd floor of a well maintained and secured building. The apartments offer a nice mezzanine type of bed, a new convertible sofa bed, a coffee table, a working desk, and a large wardrobe. The small kitchenette is nicely equipped with hot plates, a microwave, a small oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toasted and all necessary crockeries. The shower room with a shower cabin has its attached toilet. A washing machine is on the way of being installed in the shower room. The apartment comes with its own high speed internet connection by WIFI and Cable. You will equally have a flat screen TV with cable channels.Cute & Cosy small flat, nicely furnished and completely equipped, on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building, in the nice area of the 11th district of Paris.NB - A 60 € PER MONTH ENERGY FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT.
