Exclusive apartment located in a historic building that has been completely renovated without losing part of its essence. It is located on Calle Santa Patrona a few meters from the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Torre del Oro.
Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed, side table, chairs, dining table with capacity for up to four people and a balcony with exterior views. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has all the necessary utensils.
At the bottom left is the corridor that distributes the other rooms of the apartment, the first door on the left gives access to the master bedroom that has a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and a wardrobe. Finally, at the end of the corridor we find a complete bathroom with a shower.
This apartment also has a beautiful private terrace located on the third floor of the building, which is accessed externally. The terrace has sofas, armchairs and a side table.
The area of the apartment is magnificent, walking we can reach all the main monuments of the city in a few minutes. In the same area you will find a wide variety of restaurants, typical bars of the city, small and large shops.
The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
