We included, for free, 8- or 10-hours cleaning, by months. We clean everything at the shared areas, we change the white blankets covering the sofa. But we previously agree with you the day more convenient to you. That monthly clean is included on the monthly rent. We clean the shared areas including kitchen, bathroom, leaving room, entrance space, backyard, balcony, windows.
If you are interested we vacuum and sweep the floor at your room too, it will be also for free but you have to authorize us and let us know in advance, In principle, we assume we are not allowed to get into each private room except to go true the mittle room, the single one to go to clean the balcony or eventually to clean or repair any air conditioner machines located at that balcony.
The space: The entire apartment is rented to 3 students or workers.
Other things to note.
Each room has a worktable, adequate table lighting, shelves, good closets Wi-Fi___33 and other requirements.
It is also quite easy to park a car at the front of the building for free or nearby.
This neighborhood became very modern and fashion, full of ambience, plenty of a lot of nice and fancy little restaurants.
