The Barracart Apartments are located in Valencia, 500 m from the beach, in a charming building with several green areas, with a common terrace on the roof.This studio is located on the ground floor, opening onto the interior patio, with windows that overlook a street with very little traffic.The accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV. All units have a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, plates, microwave oven, toaster and coffee makers. All accommodation includes a private bathroom with a shower. Towels, bed linen, hygiene and cleaning products are provided.For "Workation" we inform that the kitchen island is 210 x 90 cm and is comfortable for working, but upon request we provide a folding computer table (80 x 45 cm) for exclusive work use.All supplies included, wifi with fiber optics, weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels included, video surveillance in common areas.
