It is a great option for anyone who need a really central location to be able to walk everywhere and who wanna share their abroad experience with 2 or 3 mates from anywhere in the world.

Apartment:
86 m2 apartment located on the 1st floor of a historical building in the heart of Barcelona.
The core of the apartment consists of an open area which is divided into dinning room with a table, a completely equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area with a sofa and TV.
Completely equipped kitchen with fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all utensils for cooking and eating. Washing machine and an exterior area with the clothing line.
Bathroom with shower and WC. This bathroom will be shared between 2 people only, as the room that could be shared, Room 1, has its own private bathroom.
Electric heating in the rooms. WiFi and maintenance service included.

The Gòtic neighborhood is full of history as it ́s one of the oldest parts of Barcelona. With small streets and squares full of artists, musicians, shops, cool bars, restaurants, and much more. Gòtic is a perfect place to explore.
Located only 1 minute walking from Les Rambles and just 5 minutes walking distance to Plaça Catalunya, you are right in the heart of the city.

???? ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
➡ If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.

⬅ If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.

Here you have all the available check-in options:
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge.
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee.
- Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
