I am female and 56 years old. My two children (28 and 30) are living in other cities or have their own flats. Therefore, I have a room available that I would like to sublet for a limited period of time. Financial proof of regular income is required. Registration and private liability insurance are also required. I am also happy to sublet to Master's students, professionals, weekend home drivers or other sympathetic and rather quiet people, no party animals.
