Bedding are (pillows, sheets, mattress protector and a 4 seasons comforter) included. closet, desk, chair, desk lamp and a drawer unit with storage space, a three-drawer block, fan, window with curtains, shutters and mosquito net. Each room has its own harmonica laundry rack on the outside of the window.

The completely new kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, kettle and electric grill-toaster.
