Hello, we would love to welcome you to our Co-Living Location in Eppendorf.

Becoming a tenant with us comes with many perks, great and small.
Double-bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, art and an armchair, all in your room. You get weekly flat cleanings, washer-dryer in the apartment (iron and ironing board too), plus utilities like media, electricity, heating and WIFI. Sounds like everything? It’s not: We also provide all the little household essentials, like tableware and kitchen equipment from bottle opener to the espresso spoon. Mostly we provide a common lounge area or dining zone where you can hang out with your friends and flat-mates.
Just bring your suitcase and you’re set.

Hamburg Eppendorf is known to be the most beautiful district in the central Hamburg area. Beautiful parks, cozy cafes and delicious restaurants bring life to the location outside of the community space. Register for a spot in our newest and biggest community area in Hamburg.
What can you expect? An international community of young professionals and an all-inclusive living experience that is unmatched in Hamburg and across Germany. There is a community space with a kitchen. The kitchen is accessible for the whole location which has 21 members. The apartment has 3-4 suites. The bathroom is in the apartment

Our prices are all-inclusive. No additional fees, no bad surprises. Here is what’s in it for you: use of the furnishings and apartment at a high-quality standard, weekly cleaning, all bills covered (even GEZ), the responsiveness of our Community Service Team, and finally, our Technical Service Team for those times when experts are needed. Our move-in dates are always possible at the first or middle of the month and move-out dates are always possible at the 14th and end of the month..

????The deposit is 2x rent. Both the deposit + fee need to be completed through HousingAnywhere Payments before the move-in date.
