Our apartment of 120 mtrs. It is located about 25 min. from the center of Madrid, between about 3/6min. from the metro, bus and around it has all the necessary services, the apartment is completely renovated has two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and the entire apartment has its own balcony where you can have a coffee at dawn or a beer at sunset or just enjoy the 360o views alone or in a space with your compis.
REQUIREMENTS
-Room for girls only (shared flat for girls only)
-One month deposit (refundable at the end of the contract and paying all bills).
-Couples or pets are not allowed.
-The age of the companions is between 18 and 39 years.
-We are looking for a NON-SMOKING partner, with good habits of coexistence such as cleanliness, order, especially the common ones when sharing the apartment
-The minimum stay is 3 months and a contract is signed.
-We do not register
-In the apartment we have a youthful, calm environment, especially with an excellent coexistence, camaraderie and mutual respect.
RENT
-The rent is 520 euros + expenses (it is between 20 and 45 euros per month)
-The month of August rent is 450 euros later from September 520 euros
-Security is deposited.
-A minimum contract of three months is signed (it can be renewed)

- The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with their respective appliances and utensils.
LOCATION
-The apartment is located between 2 and 5min. from the Porto / Opañel metro line 5 or 6 minutes from the Porto metro.
-About 1min. day and night bus (comes directly from the center of Madrid)
-From the apartment to the center on the same metro line there are about 25 minutes, to the Complutense University about 20 minutes, to the Polytechnic about 20 minutes....
-The apartment is on the main avenue and around it there are several supermarkets such as: Mercadona, Carefour, Ldl, El Dia, Corte Ingles (Vista Alegre) as well as restaurants, cafeterias and gyms.
Besides
-On the same metro line you go to the center of Madrid (Callao, Opera, Gran Vía), or walk to line 6 and in less than 10 min. You are in Méndez Álvaro or later Atocha or Chamartín.
