This tranquil abode, perfect for those who appreciate serenity, is tailored for a calm lifestyle. With a maximum of four residents, each member relishes their personal space within a cozy and respectful environment. Emphasizing a quiet atmosphere, no parties or guests are allowed in the rooms, ensuring a peaceful and relaxed sanctuary.

The use of the kitchen follows a specific schedule: for breakfast, it is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., and for dinner, it is from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Additionally, the washing machine and dishwasher can be used once per week, per person, promoting fair usage among all residents.

Rooms serve as true havens of light and space, featuring expansive windows that usher in natural light, providing breathtaking views of the surroundings. This unique feature establishes a warm and inviting ambiance throughout the house.
