Exterior room FOR SINGLE USE, equipped with a 90 cm bed, a storage bed (for additional storage space), a 3-door and 2-drawer wardrobe, a desk with an adjustable lamp, a chair, a headboard with a lamp, a mirror, a ceiling fan for summer and heater for winter.

Optional: brand new pillow, sheets, duvet and duvet cover, plaid and cushions, towels and hangers (not necessarily those that appear in the photos, they could be others).

The apartment has a large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso-compatible capsule coffee machine, and all the necessary tableware, cutlery, pots,... You will have your own private space assigned to each room where you can store your food.

The apartment has an electronic lock that allows access with a mobile phone or with a pin code on a keyboard. All rooms have a lock with a key, for greater privacy and security.

An additional fee of 40€ is requested for bills (water, electricity, Wi-Fi). There is a cleaning service for common areas every two weeks.
