In addition to the room rent, there is a monthly charge of EUR 175 to cover the costs of many extras; furniture, bedding, towels, functioning television (tv channels or Netflix) in each room, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, insurance, regular cleaning, even toilet paper, kitchen towels and garbage recycling included. Outside the room, between the ground and first floors is your private bathroom of 12 meters, including a full bath, toilet, sink and dressing space. It has a large window to the garden.
