This is a very cozy and spacious apartment, very suitable for 3 people. It has natural light and lots of plants. It also has a patio with many plants and a balcony.
The materials used in the furniture and the decoration with natural elements have been chosen to promote harmony and well-being at home.
The apartment has one bathroom and one toilet, which are shared.
The building has an elevator.

About the bedrooms and the study room:

The bedrooms look out onto a skylight courtyard full of plants, so they are ideal for resting, as there is no noise from cars.
The study room is a common area equipped with desks and shelves for 3 people. It looks out onto a courtyard full of plants. This is a very pleasant and quiet place to study.

About the neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the center of Sant Adrià de Besòs and it is very close to all kind of services (post office, pharmacy, several supermarkets, fruit shops, bakeries, a gym, a municipal market, the public library, the Town Hall, the public health center and the police office). In addition, on the last Saturday of every month there is a farmers market in which you can find their organic products, right in front of the apartment.
Very close to my apartment there is a pedestrian street full of terraces where you can eat the daily menu or tapas. It is a very lively neighborhood.
And a 2-minutes walk from my apartment there is the Besòs River Park, where you can go for a walk, jog or have a picnic.

About the transport:

My neighborhood is very well connected with various types of transportation that take you to several neighborhoods in Barcelona:
- metro: purple line L2 (Artigues/Sant Adrià stop)
- tram: T4 and T5
- train: RENFE R1 and RG1
- bus: B14, B20, B21, B23, M26, M30 and H10
- night buses: N2 and N6

About the tenants:

I am looking for a respectful, non-noisy person who is careful with things in the apartment and who can keep the common areas clean after use.

About me:

I am from Barcelona and I also live in the apartment. I studied Law and I was an Erasmus student in Geneva.
Once I returned to Barcelona and after having worked as a lawyer for a few years in a cooperative, I decided to leave my job and I am now studying for a civil service position. I am calm, I really like cooking, going out into nature, gardening, reading, I have taken theater classes and I play the drum in an Afro-Brazilian "batucada" and also in a Brazilian music band.
I also like languages​; in addition to Catalan and Spanish, I speak English and French, I understand a little Portuguese and I have studied a little Icelandic.

About the rental price:

The rental costs 600 € per month + shared expenses (water, electricity, wi-fi and gas).
I also ask for a deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent in advance, which will pay the last month of your stay here, and a deposit of another 1 month's rent in case the tenant causes any damage to the apartment .
