The flat has the advantage of being located right between two great neighborhoods. Ruzafa is a growing popular spot where many students like to spend their time. Because of the many restaurants and bars this is a great place to meet a lot of people and have a good time! Gran Via is a sophisticated, relaxed neighborhood. The streets are wide and its layout is ordered. Here you can find many cafes and boutiques.
The flat is well connected to public transport by having metro stations and bus stops close to the flat.
-The Colon metro station is 15 minutes away, which connects you to the lines 3, 5, 7 and 9 of the Valencia metro network. The Amado Granell - Montolivet station is about 5 minutes away and connects you to line 10.
- The bus can also connect you with the entire city. The bus stop is just in front of the door of the flat. Here you can take line 19, line 40, line c3 and line 13.
- One of the advantages of living in Valencia is that you have the option of cycling by Valenbisi. * Cross gardens of Turia: Just a short 5 minute walk and you will arrive in this beautiful park. Located where once was the river. It is a haven of peace and fun where you can perform various sports activities or go for a quiet and relaxing walk.
* Ruzafa: The apartment is located just on the edge of Russafa. This is a popular neighborhood especially for students. Here you will find many bars and restaurants. Ruzafa also has a great night life, you will never get bored in this amazing neighborhood!
* Colon: The flat is very close to Calle de Colon. This is a big street where all the shops are. Close to this street is the Mercado de Colón located. This is an impressive market with some nice restaurants and shops.
* The city of Arts and Sciences: After a beautiful short walk in the Turia park you will arrive at the city of Arts and Sciences. This is the great work of the architect Santiago Calatrava. It is a beautiful place to have a picnic or to just walk around and enjoy the beauty of the blue and white buildings.
* Oceanográfico: Right next to the city of Arts you will find the biggest oceanografic in Europe! It is a beautiful park with a lot of sea animals, perfect to spend time on your free day!

Beatiful and wide room for students in Avenida del Reino de Valencia, located between Ruzafa and Gran Via neighborhoods. Equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible, it comes with a double bed of 135x190 cm, a large double wardrobe, a chest of drawers for additional storage, a bed side table, a nice chair with a little coffee table, a desk with a lamp and chair and a door lock. The room is very luminous because of the big windows and has an amazing view! The size of the room is 11 m2, it's the perfect opportunity for international students and young workers to live in an excellent location. *Bedding is not included, only a mattress cover is provided.
