We have prepared our property for the current challenges facing guests. You can be assured therefore that we will be fully deep cleaning our property between every guest.
The property consists of a spacious modern kitchen complete with a Fridge, Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery. A washing machine is also made available in the kitchen. All cleaning materials including washing up liquid, hand wash, surface sanitizer are supplied. Tea, coffee, milk, Sweetner, sugar and condiments are also made available.
The living room consists of a comfortable corner sofa double bed with a 32" TV (Netflix, Free-view channels and Roku included) and a desk & chair for remote working.
The conservatory consists of a dining table & chairs, ready for you and your party to enjoy your meal. A brand new ceiling fan has also been installed to keep it cool in the hot summer months.
Outside the property to the front is a small garden with shrubs & small trees. To the side of the property is a driveway with parking for two cars. To the rear is a spacious private garden with lawn, rose bushes, an apple tree and a decked area with lighting and outdoor seating, perfect for those relaxing summer evenings.

The bathroom consists of a bath, overhead shower, wash basin and toilet.

Prior to arrival we will send you a unique key safe code to enter the property. We believe in letting our guests enjoy their stay alone, however if you do need anything we have people on hand to help you anyway possible.
Rules: This is a residential area and the guests should follow the below rules.
1. No parties or events at the house.
2. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people.
3. No Smoking inside the property
4. No Pets
5. Parking should be made in designated area. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
6. Quiet time after 10pm.
7. Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
