Entering the house to the left, there is the first bedroom, with a double bed and windows with a view to the outside. In the same bedroom, there is a bathroom with a shower.
Walking down the hallway we can see the stairs which takes us to the first floor, very luminous thanks to 3 balconies. On this floor, there is the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. In the living room, there is a space with two sofas, armchairs and a Smart TV. Next to the living room, there is a dining room, with a table with space for 7-8 people, and the kitchen, equipped with all the needs for the stay.
Going up to the second floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, very luminous, has two single beds, a built-in closet and a bathroom, with a shower and a bidet. The second bedroom on this floor has a double bed with a built-in closet and a bathroom with a shower.
Finally, on the third floor, there is the last bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is very bright thanks to large windows. On this floor there is access to a spacious private terrace, with a view to Angeles street and Mateos Gago street.
This house it’s located in one of the most characteristic areas of the city center, full of life, lively throughout the year and full of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the gastronomy of the city. The location of this property makes it perfect to visit the main points of tourist interest on foot.
