Cozy 18 sqm studio located on the fourth floor of a historic building with lift, in a lively and very safe area, a short distance from the Mole Antonelliana and a few steps from the Palazzo Nuovo.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins and late check-outs.
However, this depends on whether or not we have guests leaving on the day you arrive or arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests for early check-in or late check-out within a few days of your arrival.
The apartment is located just 6 minutes walk from the Mole Antonelliana in a central and strategic position, in the heart of Vanchiglia, a historic district that welcomes vitality creative, artistic, and cultural realities in an environment that preserves the atmosphere of an ancient village, with its alleys and shops.
Vanchiglia is an animated and young district, which has blossomed in recent years. Shops, clubs, and restaurants follow each other along its narrow streets. In the evening there is no need for long walks to find some entertainment. You will find all kinds of services within walking distance from home, from bus stops to supermarkets. On Wednesday and Saturday morning there is also a food market in Piazza Santa Giulia.
Near the apartment, you will find all kinds of services, shops, ATMs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries.
When you arrive you will not need a car to visit Turin: in 6 minutes on foot you will arrive at Mole Antonelliana, leaving the front door you will be able to enjoy the charm of "Casa Scaccabarozzi" (the legendary "Fetta di Polenta") and visit the church of Santa Giulia, crossing Corso San Maurizio you will arrive in Piazza Vittorio, one of the most famous and important places in the city center.
On-street parking in the neighborhood is subject to a charge of € 1.50 per hour (from 8.00 am to 7.30 pm), free on Sundays. It is possible to purchase a daily ticket for 10 euros; free parking 10 minutes walk along with Dora (university complex).
Paid garage nearby: Garage La Mole and Fontanesi.
If you want to travel by public transport, tram 16 stops just a few steps from the apartment and other lines pass nearby, allowing you to reach any part of the city.
Within walking distance from the property, there is also a city bike-sharing service station.
The district is part of the area of the main car-sharing services.
The apartment can be reached directly from the Porta Nuova station by bus number 68, or from the Porta Susa station by tram 6. Very close to the apartment there is also the tram stop 16 that took in a door direction with few stops at the wonderful Valentino Park, taken from the other and always for a few stops (or just fifteen minutes on foot) to the smells and colors of the large market of Porta Palazzo (the biggest open market in Europe, where you can spend at low prices!) and the Balon, the famous flea market that takes place every Saturday along the streets of Borgo Dora.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.
The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.
The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.
It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.
For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.
After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
EXTRA PAYMENT
To be done by 10 days after the booking confirmation and before the move-in date. In order to complete the booking, we will kindly ask you to pay through the platform:
- the deposit (one month rent) that we will give you back at the end of your stay.
- one-time final cleaning fee from €15 to €160 depending on the size of the flat: your flat will be clean and ready to be lived in and you won’t have to worry about it at the moment of leaving.

For all rental contracts stipulated in the Italian national territory that exceed 29 nights (equal to 30 days), the Italian Agenzia delle Entrate obliges that this contract be in writing, signed and registered. To register the contract, the tenant must be in possession of an Italian Codice Fiscale. In case of non-italian guests, the Italian Codice Fiscale must be officially requested at the Italian Embassy of your country or at the Italian Agenzia delle Entrate. Access to the facility is subject to prior registration of the contract.
